From September 2024, Cotelands and Springboard will be restructured to become one provision where educational support for young people with physical medical needs and mental health medical needs will continue to be met.

By refocusing the service towards providing 12 week intervention packages, we will be able to improve our support for student reintegration and will have an improved offer for those students who may have previously been home tutored. Please note that we will no longer offer in-person home tuition.

The referral process already familiar to Cotelands will now assess ALL referrals to the medical provision via a panel. This will include what were previously short term interventions into Springboard. Please ensure all referrals are emailed to medical@saffronvalleycollegiate.co.uk at least 1 week prior to panel meetings. The panel dates for the coming year are listed below, and the referral form can be accessed via this link: here
