At Springboard Tuition our approach is to follow the mainstream primary curriculum in order to ensure the pupil does not fall behind with their peers and there is a smooth transition back into their school. The continuity of work will help the student maintain their progression through the curriculum, keeping up their attainment levels.  The pupil's school is responsible for providing the work and keeping in touch with  Springboard. Our tutors will always seek to extend and enhance any work provided by setting their own related tasks, to help tailor the work to meet each student’s individual need.

Springboard also level and assess student’s progress at the end of each half term, providing parents with reports highlighting achievement towards their key stage goals.  We focus primarily on the core subjects - Numeracy, Literacy and Science and the early learning goals, where they are below 5 years of age.

Pupils will be able to take SATs exams if this is appropriate and they are well enough, Springboard will liaise with the school to organise access arrangements.
