Victor O'Tudor

Victor is part of the Youth Justice Service (YJS), but he does not only work with young people who are open to that service.  He will deliver 1-1 and group work to our young people, with the aim of helping them to explore the factors that are leading them towards criminal or risk taking behaviour, consider more productive options, seek help from the best sources and develop their ability to keep themselves safe.  Much of his work is preventative.  Victor will use his expert knowledge to enable young people to develop their own safety plans and reduce the risk in their lives. 

Victor has been working with the YJS for many years and brings much of his experience and skills to this role.  As with all the Taskforce specialists, he works with the team to ensure the full range of a pupil’s needs are addressed and that the adults supporting them work together to wrap them in safety.
